The Denver Lower Highlands Neighborhood is Full of Life

The Denver Lower Highlands neighborhood, notably also called LoHi, is located adjacent to Riverfront Park on the West side of I-25. Excitingly, it is close to Downtown and Lodo.

Additionally, it is only a short jaunt across the walking bridge on 16th street and Commons Park. Further, LoHi is full of life. In fact, you can easily lose a Sunday afternoon at LoLa’s as you sip cocktails,  listen to Jazz, and eat tacos while soaking in a gorgeous view of the skyline.

Additionally, the Denver Lower Highlands Neighborhood boasts some of the oldest real estate in the city. Structures date back to the mid-1800’s, and are interspersed with with modern infill townhomes whose rooftop patios overlook the skyline.
